Winning Edge Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Stephen Winner PT, DPT and Dr. Trina Winner PT, DPT in April of 2021. Together, Dr. Stephen and Dr. Trina have been practicing holistic based physical therapy for nearly 10 years.

DR. STEPHEN WINNER PT, DPT, CIDN
Dr. Stephen Winner owns and operates Winning Edge Therapy, along with his wife, Dr. Trina Winner. He loves working and serving in the community he grew up in and the community that he and Dr. Trina Winner chose to raise their family in. Dr. Winner graduated from Versailles High School in 2006 and pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Findlay. While there, he played collegiate level football and earned multiple degrees including a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Bachelors of Science, Bachelors of Strength and Conditioning and an Associates in Personal Training.
Dr. Winner started his career with an amazing team that has pushed him to become a lifetime student. He now holds many advanced certifications including Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN), Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT BIG), Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner (CKTP), Residual Strain Therapy (RST), and instrument assisted treatments.
DR. TRINA WINNER PT, DPT, CLC, WHNC
Dr. Trina Winner is the wife of Dr. Stephen Winner and co-owner of Winning Edge. She has over a decades worth of experience under her belt as a board certified orthopedic specialist. She also owns and operates The Nest, an extension of Winning Edge, focusing solely on women's health & families. ​

Dr Trina Winner is a Holistic Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Women's Health and Functional Nutrition Coach, and Birth With Spirit Doula. Trina specializes & has a strong desier to support and empower women in fertility, preconception health, pregnancy/birth and postpartum including the mom/baby dyad. She has further training in craniosacral therapy (CST), craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT), tethered oral tissues and pediatrics. Utilizing a whole body approach with the mom/baby dyad, Trina implements manual therapeutic techniques with the mother and baby to facilitate nervous system regulation, bonding, & optimize feeding. Listening to the mother's story of preconception health, pregnancy journey as well as the birth process, Trina integrates the mother's story into the care she provides to facilitate optimal healing into motherhood. She has an extreme passion for helping others reach their fullest potential through comprehensive and wholistic wellness programs.
DR. AMANDA CAMPBELL PT, DPT
Dr. Amanda Campbell has been a Physical Therapist for almost two years. She enjoys treating orthopedic and sport-related conditions and loves to help people get back to their prior level of function after injury.
Dr. Campbell grew up north of Versailles and attended Versailles schools prior to going to college at the University of Findlay. There, she played 5 years of volleyball and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She now lives in Versailles with her husband, Nick.
DR. KELSEY HOMAN PT, DPT
Dr. Kelsey Homan obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Kelsey has a passion for helping others get back to their fitness and activity goals as well as working on injury/pain prevention. She has an extensive background in orthopedics and sports medicine and uses this knowledge to support the work she does when treating clients with pelvic floor dysfunction. She enjoys the niche practice of working with pelvic floor, pregnancy, and postpartum clients. Some specific conditions she works with include but are not limited to: diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain, pain with intimacy (dyspareunia), pubic symphysis pain, low back pain, hip pain, and sciatica. Nothing makes her more excited than getting her clients feeling strong and confident and getting them back to the activities they love.
Dr. Homan’s training for pelvic floor includes the following : APTA trained in Pelvic Health 1, Pelvic Health Bowel Dysfunction, and Pelvic Health Pelvic Pain. Herman and Wallace trained in Pregnancy Rehabilitation, Postpartum Rehabilitation, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Rehabilitation Special Topics. Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Professional Pelvic Health Consultants (PPHC) Dry Needling trained.
Kelsey resides in Versailles with her husband, Garrett, and their three children.
Dr. MATT SUBLER PT, DPT
Dr. Matt Subler. Dr. Subler was a graduate of Versailles High School before pursuing his Bachelors in Athletic Training from The Ohio State University. Throughout his time as an athletic trainer Dr. Subler garnered experience with the Pittsburgh Steelers and The Ohio State Football Program. Dr. Subler then graduated from the University of Dayton with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2022. Dr. Subler specializes in Sports Medicine, Pediatrics and General Orthopedic where he holds a specialized certification in Integrative Dry Needling.

Dr. RACHAEL ELKING PT, DPT
Say hello to Dr. Rachael Elking, PT, DPT, the newest addition to our Winning Edge team! With her expertise in neurological rehab, including migraine treatments, vestibular therapy, stroke recovery, and balance training, we’re bringing a much-needed neuro expert to rural Darke County.
After starting her career in Florida and gaining valuable experience, Rachael and her family have returned to Ohio, ready to serve the rural Darke County community. Her passion for holistic healing and her deep knowledge of neurological rehab means you no longer have to travel far to get expert care close to home.
